At Ghost Light Letters, each package is lovingly created and prepared just for you. Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
If you are unhappy with your subscription for any reason, we encourage you to cancel before your next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
We strive to make each month’s letter, zine, and ephemera something special. If you ever receive a damaged or incomplete package, please reach out to us at itsannaohanlon@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Processing & Shipping Timeline

Subscription letters are mailed once per month, typically during the first week of the month.

Orders placed mid-month will begin with the next month’s mailing cycle.
Shipping Method & Rates

All packages are shipped via standard USPS mail.

Shipping costs are included in your subscription price (U.S. only). Additional shipping fees may apply for international addresses.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Mail
Once your package is handed off to USPS, delivery times are out of our control.-
If your package is delayed, please allow up to 14 business days before contacting us.

If your package arrives damaged or incomplete, email us at itsannaohanlon@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to replace the item.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for lost mail, but we will review each situation individually to see if a replacement can be sent.
