✨ When will I receive my first letter?

If you subscribe on or before the 20th, your first letter will arrive the following month.
If you subscribe after the 20th, your first letter will begin the month after that.

👉 Example: Subscribe by September 20th → first letter arrives in October.
Subscribe after September 20th → first letter arrives in November.

✨ What comes in each mailing?
Each envelope is a little piece of art: a letter, a themed zine, and a collectible sticker (sometimes with a surprise extra tucked inside).

✨ How do I update my mailing address?
Just email me at itsannaohanlon@gmail.com with your new address and I’ll make sure your next letter finds you.

✨ How do I unsubscribe or pause my membership?
If you joined through my website, you can email me at itsannaohanlon@gmail.com. Just let me know you wish to unsubscribe, and I will manually cancel your subscription. If you joined through Patreon, you can pause or cancel directly from your Patreon account at any time.

NOTE: Please make sure to unsubscribe before the 20th of the month to avoid being charged for the next mailing.

✨ Do you ship internationally?
Yes! For international shipping, I charge an additional $2. Just note that international mail may take a little longer to arrive.

✨ What if my letter doesn’t show up?
Sometimes mail goes astray (it’s part of the magic and mystery of snail mail). If your letter doesn’t arrive within 3 weeks of being mailed, just let me know and I’ll make sure you’re taken care of.

Yes, there is a digital subscription available.
